OUR CARRIER SERVICES

With our own fibre optic network we are your reliable partner for terminations and multiplier coverage in our region.  Our association with power supply companies enables us to offer shielded computer centres with secure power supplies.  We provide our resellers with our production platform for voice and data services (optionally including Accounting, Billing and Customer Care).

• Backbone Connection
  On your behalf we can connect your POPs to national backbones.  These connections can if required be designed with redundant backup and monitored round the clock.  You can also choose whether to set up your POP in your own premises or leave the setup and operation to us.
• Server-Housing / Colocation
  We can provide you with high-security storage space for your transmission technology.  Our offering ranges from letting storage space to complete operation including first-level-support and maintenance of your net nodes.  Access security, UPS and fire alarm systems are fitted as standard.
• Interconnection / Termination
  Based on our high-security network we can realise interconnections and terminations for your voice and data traffic to other network operators and Internet service providers.
• Local Access
  With our regional network we can link your customers to the entire supply territory.  Within cities we make use of our own infrastructure (city networks).  Special commercial zones are developed directly by ourselves using our own fibre optic infrastructure to realise greater bandwidths and redundant designs.
• WAN
  We also realise point-to-point connections to Luxembourg and national destinations quickly and flexibly. We operate hubs with the following city and reginal carriers:

• Multiplier coverage
  On request we can provide you with connections to many multipliers in the south-west of Germany for customer access via the subscriber loop of Deutsche Telekom.
